Born in Greenfield Park (QC), Sarah Milette, nicknamed Mil, began gymnastics training at the age of three.

Member of the Canadian senior team since 2016, she has already accumulated several memorable moments in her career, including her silver medal at the PanAm Games (2016), her silver and bronze medals at the World Championships (2018) in the synchro and team events (with Rosie MacLennan), her gold medal at the PanAm Games (2018) in the synchro event (with Sophiane Méthot), as well as her presence as an alternate at the Tokyo Olympic Games (2020). Even though she achieved all of the above, a moment that will remain engraved in her memory forever is when she won the bronze medal at the 2014 World Age Group competition in Daytona Beach.

Sarah wants to work as a nutritionist in the sport world, where she feels like her experience as an athlete could help her support those who would need her advice.

Her next goal: the Olympic Games in Paris (2024).
Her favorite motto: “You didn’t go so far just to go that far!”
