On her World Cup debut in November 2015, Laurence St-Germain finished in the top 30 in the slalom event in Aspen (Colorado) with a 27th place. Two years later, she had her career best World Cup result when she placed 14th in the slalom event in Killington (Vermont). Laurence joined the Canadian Alpine Ski Team for the 2015-16 season after finishing in 4th place in the 2014-2015 Nor-Am Cup slalom standings. She finished the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 seasons in 2nd place in the Nor-Am Cup slalom standings.
Laurence also competed at the college level for the University of Vermont. As a freshman in 2015, she finished 10th in slalom at the NCAA Championships and was named the Second Team All-American. As a sophomore, she finished 2nd in slalom at the NCAA Championships and was named the First Team All-American.
At PyeongChang 2018, Laurence St-Germain finished 15th in the slalom, and advanced to the round of 16 in the team event. As for Beijing 2022, the slalom specialist finished 17th in the slalom event.
